商標(biāo)流程助理

 Trademark Paralegal 

崗位職責(zé)（Job Responsibilities）：

1、協(xié)助商標(biāo)申請(qǐng)、續(xù)展、備案、駁回復(fù)審、異議、無(wú)效、撤銷等商標(biāo)業(yè)務(wù)的申請(qǐng)書式、材料的準(zhǔn)備和遞交；

Assist with the spanparation and submission of trademark applications/renewals/recordals, rejection appeals, oppositions, invalidations, cancellations and other trademark matters with the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) .

2、協(xié)助法律顧問(wèn)和助理準(zhǔn)備商標(biāo)申請(qǐng)檢索、申請(qǐng)報(bào)告、官方文件報(bào)告、狀態(tài)報(bào)告、出具簡(jiǎn)要意見(jiàn)和翻譯等工作；

Assist with the spanparation of span-filing clearance search reports, filing reports, office action reports, status reports, simple advice and translations as required by consultants and paralegals within the IP Agency.  

3、協(xié)助監(jiān)測(cè)商標(biāo)公告并準(zhǔn)備商標(biāo)監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告；

Assist with watching trademark gazettals and generate sighting reports.  

4、向團(tuán)隊(duì)提供時(shí)限表和提醒，并與團(tuán)隊(duì)適時(shí)跟進(jìn)案件；

Circulate master deadline tables and weekly deadline reports to team, and follow-up with team members when needed.  

5、管理和維護(hù)文檔系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，包括系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的文件錄入與核查、計(jì)費(fèi)、查詢和文件共享等；

Manage and maintain the agency’s file systems and databases, including file intake and audits within the agency’s docketing system, file docketing, billing, searching and file sharing, etc. 

6、管理維護(hù)官方文檔、證據(jù)及客戶往來(lái)郵件并及時(shí)歸檔；

Archive and maintain official documents, evidence, and client email correspondence. 

7、管理紙質(zhì)文檔、電子文檔及時(shí)限；

Manage and monitor paper files/e-files and deadlines. 

8、協(xié)助處理團(tuán)隊(duì)成員交辦的其他案件或輔助事務(wù)；

Provide other general administrative support to team members as required. 

任職要求（Qualifications）：

1、至少2-3年在商標(biāo)申請(qǐng)、管理方面的代理人助理或商標(biāo)流程助理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有在知名律師事務(wù)所或代理機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)助國(guó)外客戶經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with trademark registration and maintenance work as a trademark paralegal or trademark administrator. Preferred with experience assisting foreign clients in a reputable trademark agency or law firm. 

2、熟悉商標(biāo)管理、商標(biāo)申請(qǐng)流程和相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，需具有維護(hù)商標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和系統(tǒng)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Familiarity with trademark portfolio management, trademark filing procedures and the relevant laws and regulations required. Trademark database and docketing experience required. 

3、能夠獨(dú)立工作，有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)并主動(dòng)協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)成員；

Ability to work independently as well as a strong team player, who can proactively assist team members as required. 

4、良好英文讀寫能力；

Good command of spoken and written English. 

5、良好交流能力和人際關(guān)系處理能力。

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
